ESTATE PLANNING, PROBATE, AND CONSERVATORSHIP 
We prepare wills, living trusts, advance health care directives, durable powers of attorney for financial matters, and deeds transferring real estate. We represent individual trustees and executors, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and heirs. We advise trustees on their fiduciary duties and beneficiaries on their rights.  We help clients with the administration of revocable trusts after the death of a settlor.

ABOUT ME

Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of California, Davis. She continued her graduate education at San Jose State University's Business School and obtained her Master of Business Administration and Master of Economics. She later received her Juris Doctorate (JD) from American Heritage University School of Law.

Today Attorney Badalnejad serves clients throughout the greater Bay area counties including Santa Clara County, practicing a wide range of practice areas, including Family Law, Consumer Bankruptcy, Debt Collection Defense and Estate Planning/Probate.
